Hans Hanegraaf

Spokesperson for the Executive Board, Country Executive of ABN AMRO Germany, Head of Corporate Banking
Vita:
Hans Hanegraaf is the Chief Operating Officer and oversees Corporate Banking. He has held various leadership roles at ABN AMRO since 1995, including positions in corporate banking in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. He later headed the private banking division in several markets. Before returning to Germany, he was responsible for the private banking business in Asia and the Middle East. He has served as Chairman of the Board at Bethmann Bank since 2017. His career is characterized by international experience and the strategic development of wealth management.
Stefan Meine

Chief Commercial Officer Wealth Management (CCO)
Vita:
Stefan Meine is jointly responsible with Oliver Plaack for wealth management at Bethmann HAL. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Corporate Banking at ABN AMRO. He has been a member of the Executive Board of ABN AMRO Germany since 2017. There, he initially established the Corporate & Institutional Banking division before taking on additional responsibility for the Products & Solutions division at Bethmann Bank AG in 2021 and, a year later, for wealth management. He previously held leadership positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland as Head of Corporate Finance and at Rothschild & Co. as Head of Energy & Resources.
Oliver Plaack

Chief Commercial Officer Wealth Management (CCO)
Vita:
Oliver Plaack is responsible for Wealth Management alongside Stefan Meine. He has extensive experience in leadership roles. As a member of the Executive Board, he oversaw Private and Corporate Banking at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe. Prior to that, as a member of the extended management team at Bankhaus Lampe, he was responsible for retail banking at the branch level and also headed the Private Investors division. In addition, Oliver Plaack held various positions at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt, including Head of Private Banking.
Madeleine Sander

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Vita:
Madeleine Sander serves on the Executive Board as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the finance division in Germany and Luxembourg. Prior to this, as a member of HAL’s Executive Board since 2022, she served as Chief Financial & Transformation Officer, overseeing not only the traditional finance departments but also the Strategy & Product Development, Group ESG, and Digital Client Experience & Transformation departments. Madeleine Sander joined HAL in 2002 as Head of Corporate Development and has been responsible for strategic and financial management since 2019. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial sector in the areas of financial management, strategy development, and digital transformation — with previous roles at Deutsche Bank and DekaBank.
Agnes Brelik

Head of Wealth Products
Vita:
As Head of Wealth Products, Agnes Brelik leads the Products & Solutions division. She brings a wealth of experience in the financial sector, spanning finance, processes, and change management—including 16 years at ABN AMRO. She began her career in 2006 in Controlling and held various leadership roles within ABN AMRO in the years that followed. In this role, Agnes Brelik was involved in key strategic projects at Bethmann Bank, such as acquisition and change processes, thereby helping to shape the bank’s future and strength.
Michael Pleske

Riskmanagement (CRO)
Vita:
Michael Pleske is responsible for Enterprise Risk Management and Legal. Since 1993, he has held various positions at ABN AMRO in credit risk and risk management.
From 2008 to 2012, in addition to his role as Chief Risk Officer, he also served as Chief Operating Officer of Bethmann Bank. Since 2010, he has been responsible for Enterprise Risk Management as General Representative and, in this capacity, oversees the areas of Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance. In 2018 and 2019, he was also responsible for Wealth Management at the former Bethmann Bank AG before subsequently returning to the role of Country Risk Officer. In addition, he has been responsible for all active business units of ABN AMRO in Germany as Country Risk Officer since 2012.
Eric van der Deijl

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Vita:
Eric van der Deijl is a member of the Executive Board of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Frankfurt Branch, and, as Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for all processes and operations within Bethmann HAL. In this role, he oversees IT, information security, business continuity management, and operations. Eric van der Deijl has spent the majority of his more than 20-year career at ABN AMRO. Prior to that, he held various positions in project management and consulting.
Anja Schlick

Head of Asset Servicing
Vita:
Anja Schlick has more than 25 years of experience in the fund industry. She has worked in asset servicing at Hauck & Aufhäuser and Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe since 2013, serving as Head of Financial Assets Germany since 2015. Prior to that, the certified banking specialist worked as Director of Sales at Société Générale’s asset management subsidiary. Other career stops for the Munich native included the financial data provider Thomson Reuters, Pioneer Investments, and the former Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank.
