Bridge Financing
Bridge financing can be used to bridge a liquidity bottleneck, for example because investors have not paid in their capital commitments on time or because an unforeseen, time-critical investment opportunity is to be made and the corresponding investor funds are not yet available. In addition to this flexibility as a key characteristic of bridge financing, the main motivation for using it is to strengthen the company's own competitiveness in the market. Today, the credit instrument has developed into a fundamental financial instrument, especially in the private equity and real estate sectors.

The option of bridge financing - regardless of whether it is structured as an individual credit line or a revolving credit line - has established itself as a fundamental addition for fund customers and complements our proven all-in-one service concept, which aims to provide a holistic investment solution and thus guarantees not only flexibility but also speed of implementation.
FX-Trading
Due to our close cooperation between foreign exchange trading and securities trading, we are able to act individually for our customers and achieve competitive pricing. In addition to traditional spot and forward foreign exchange transactions, we also offer sophisticated trading in exotic currencies via NDFs (non-deliverable forwards) and currency options. Through various order channels, we ensure our customers flexible order transmission and the fastest possible execution.
They also benefit from established valuation and settlement processes and have a low settlement risk through Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) via a UBS - 3rd party setup.
Real estate project financing
Our customers are supported by a highly qualified team of specialists. We focus both on residential development projects and on commercial project developments in the retail, office and logistics segments. The range of services applies to financing in major German cities and their metropolitan regions. Senior loans of up to EUR 20 million and/or subordinated mezzanine loans of up to EUR 5 million are available.
